1. Introduction and Acceptance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all local, state, and national laws applicable to your use of the Service. jlj22 makes no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, physical address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. Providing false or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, accounts registered using false identities, or accounts registered on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited. jlj22 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and upon detection, all related accounts will be closed and balances confiscated.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify jlj22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jlj22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). The minimum deposit is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. Deposits are processed immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You acknowledge that jlj22 is not a financial institution and does not earn interest on deposited funds. Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts maintained with licensed Philippine banks and are intended solely for wagering on the Service.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during normal business operations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals are remitted only to verified payment accounts or e-wallets registered in the account holder's name. You may be required to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals or as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

jlj22 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or failure to complete identity verification. Withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks at our discretion.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jlj22 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and international best practices. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, request source of funds documentation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and reported to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

4. Wagering Rules and Game Integrity

All wagers placed through the Service are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once accepted by our system. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlj22, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jlj22 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Termination and Closure

jlj22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any remaining balance (excluding winnings obtained through breach of Terms) will be returned to you following deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to jlj22.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, we will process withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or investigations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jlj22.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement
